JAKARTA - Mass demonstrations against the revision of the TNI Law, which wore all black clothes, began to disperse from the gate of the Pancasila Gate on Jalan Lapangan Shooting, Tanah Abang District, Central Jakarta, Thursday, March 20, afternoon.

From VOI's observation, the mass dressed all black also left a vandalism scribble at the black gate of the Pancasila Fence. The demonstrators wrote the words "Militer Killing Women" and "1312".

They also wrote the phrase "Fuck The Police 1312" using a red paint liquid. The writing was made using a small brush that had been brought by the demonstrators.

Then the masses dispersed at around 11.30 WIB. They formed a line while carrying a number of posters before dispersing.

"The TNI Bill discussed in the building there, which is said to be a people's building, has the potential to revive the function of ABRI. If the ABRI function is back, then our reforms are in vain. We are tired of 98 reforms, but as a result we return, we do not learn from history," said one of the demonstrators in his oration.

The demonstrators then walked longmarch away from the Youth Gate area of the DPR RI Building while continuing to chant a number of their demands and complaints.

Previously, three units of dome tents were set up by several demonstrators in front of the Pancasila Gate, the back door of the DPR RI building, Central Jakarta, Thursday, March 20.

In addition to setting up tents, the demonstrators also put up red and white flags and red flags.

According to Vi, one of the demonstrators of civil society, this action was carried out because the community was worried about the revision of the TNI Law.

"The government should have a tweet, yes, more towards the community, let alone the DPR. But the DPR has never listened to the people. Through this action, we will continue to plan and consolidate regarding the ratification of the TNI Bill," Vi told reporters at the Pancasila Gate, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.

In this action, the masses who had set up tents since Thursday morning brought 6 demands.
