The Public Prosecutor of the Semarang City District Attorney's Office (Kejari), Supinto Priyono, in a trial at the Semarang District Court, Thursday, charged three defendants Rico Sandova, Bagas Rizky Pramudya, and Ricky Putra Pradana for the beating that killed someone.
"Declaring that the three defendants were found guilty of violating Article 170 of the Criminal Code," he said in the trial chaired by Chief Judge Edwin Pudyono.
In the prosecution, the prosecutor asked the panel of judges to sentence the defendants Ricky Putra Pradana to 11 years in prison and 10.5 years in prison for the defendants Rico Sandova and Bagas Rizky Pramudya.
