JAKARTA - President Director of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Anggoro Eko Cahyo, said that his party is targeting the disbursement of Job Loss Guarantee (JKP) for PT Sritex workers who will be laid off to completion on March 18, 2025.
This was said by Anggoro in a meeting with Commission IX of the DPR at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday, March 11.
The amount of JKP to be issued is IDR 11.3 billion, while the disbursement of Old Age Security (JHT) is IDR 143 billion.
"Our total estimate is that there are 10,824 JHT or Rp143 billion. JKP 7,922 or Rp11.3 billion. So the benefit that will be disbursed for Sritex workers is Rp154.6 billion," said Anggoro.
"As of the 10th (March) yesterday, the benefits that have been paid are IDR 90.8 billion. This means that 58.7 percent has been realized as of 10 hours 11. We are targeting the 14th of all document processes to be completed. The 18th of all JKP payments are completed," he continued.
Anggoro appealed to workers affected by layoffs to immediately register through the SIAPkerja application to verify the JHT and JKP payments.
"And we continue to educate them when they are in a large room there is a big screen, the screen always rotates that after this they must immediately register in the ready-to-work application. Because the JKP entrance is ready to work so that they can be verified for payment," said Anggoro.
"So the service agreement for JHT is 5 days, for JKP it is 3 days. And JKP is in fact because it is directly processed on the spot, the payment is the next day or the day after tomorrow," he concluded.
