The house of former West Java (Jabar) Governor Ridwan Kamil looks deserted after a search conducted by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) today, Monday, March 10.

It was observed that only a number of four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles were parked inside Ridwan Kamil's house on Jalan Gunung Kencana, Cidadap Village, Bandung City.

Even at the home security post, there were no activities in the house. Some of the terrace lights, which had died, are now starting to turn on.

In addition, several media crews were seen right in front of Ridwan Kamil's house to get information about the news of the search.

KPK investigators searched Ridwan Kamil's house related to the investigation of the alleged corruption case at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten (BJB). The search information was confirmed by KPK Setyo Budiyanto.

"That's right, related to the BJB case," said Setyo when confirmed in Jakarta, Monday, March 10, as reported by Antara.

The KPK announced that it had started an investigation into the alleged corruption case within PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten (BJB) Tbk.

"Yes, we have issued an investigation letter," said KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto at the KPK Anti-Corruption Education Center Building, Jakarta, Wednesday, March 5.

Regarding when the KPK will announce who the parties have been named as suspects and the construction of the case, Setyo said it was under the authority of the KPK investigating team.

"Follow up on the handling, after a release was made regarding the determination of the case, it became the authority of the investigator and director or deputy when the follow-up would be carried out," said Setyo.
