Counterfeiting Dozens Of SHM Bekasi Sea Pagar, Bareskrim Check 25 Witnesses

The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police continues to investigate allegations of falsification of 93 Certificates of Ownership (SHM) related to the Bekasi sea fence or what occurred in Segarajaya Village, Tarumajaya District. Recent developments, as many as 25 witnesses have been questioned.

"We have processed and examined 25 witnesses," said the Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro, quoted on Tuesday, February 25.

Dozens of witnesses who have been examined come from ministries, institutions, village apparatus agencies, and the village community.

The investigation of the case was known based on a police report made by the Ministry of ATR/BPN with the number LPB/64/2/2025 SPKT/BARESKRIM POLRI.

At the same time, the investigation into alleged falsification of documents related to the issuance of 201 bundles of Building Use Rights (HGB) certificates on behalf of PT Mega Agung Nusantara (MAN) was also carried out. So far, 12 witnesses have been examined.

"We have examined 12 people and they consist of Village Apparatus Agencies, and the related Village Community," he said.

In addition to witness examination, the collection of evidence and instructions is also being carried out. It is targeted that everything will be completed next week, so that it can be determined whether or not the case will go up to the investigation stage.

"We maximize this week that we can provide legal certainty, whether the case wants to be investigated or the investigation is stopped, or what members find can be done to make a police report," said Djuhandhani.
