The case of alleged election fraud case allegedly carried out by the Head of KPPS with the initials RH and a security officer or direct security (Pamsung) with the initials KN at Pols 028 Pinang Ranti, Makasar District, East Jakarta, is still rolling.

As is known, RH and KN committed fraud by voting for 19 Paslon Pramono-Rano Karno ballots at Pols 028 Pinang Ranti, East Jakarta. Both were charged with election crimes.

Based on the decision of PT DKI Jakarta, it confirms the decision of the East Jakarta District Court Number 744/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Jkt.Tim on December 19, 2024.

The chairman of the KPPS with the initials RH alias Reyvana Helaha (31) was convicted of violating Article 178B of Law (UU) Number 10 of 2016 concerning the Election of Governor, Regent, and Mayor in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.

RH was also sentenced to city detention according to the appeal decision of the DKI Jakarta High Court (PT). However, currently, RH has been sent to prison by the East Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari Jaktim).

RH alias Reyvana did not expect that he would be put in a prison cell. Initially, RH was only summoned by the East Jakarta Kejari with an estimate that he would be obliged to report at the East Jakarta Prosecutor's Office on Monday, February 17.

RH did not know that he would be detained for a case that had permanent legal force based on decision Number 321/PID.SUS/2024/PT DKI.

This is because the PT DKI decision excludes the defendant's detention type. The verdict states that RH alias Reyvana should remain in city custody.

However, he would be surprised when he arrived at the East Jakarta Kejari, instead he was executed at Pondok Bambu Prison, East Jakarta. RH was taken by car from the Prosecutor's Office.

"According to the appeal decision of the DKI Jakarta High Court, I am only a city prisoner. In fact, the prosecutor actually executed him in prison," said RH alias Reyvana in East Jakarta, Monday, February 17.

Even sadly, RH alias Reyvana came to the East Jakarta Kejari office with her husband and two children to fulfill the summons of the East Jakarta Kejari.

RH was forced to take a prisoner's car to Pondok Bambu Prison in front of her husband and two children. Sobs broke out at the location.

"With this detention, as a mother I certainly think about what will happen to the children at home later," he said.

"Hopefully, I can get justice according to the appeal decision, namely city prisoners," hoped RH.

Previously, it was reported that the East Jakarta General Election Commission (KPU) confirmed that there was fraud in the Pilkada that occurred at the 028 polling station (TPS), Pinang Ranti, East Jakarta.

At least 19 ballots were found to have been cast for candidate pair number 3. One ballot has entered the ballot box, while the other 18 have not.

Based on the results of the East Jakarta KPU examination, the 19 ballots were voted by the head of the KPPS and the order at Polling Station 028 Pinang Ranti.

Luckily, the East Jakarta Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) TPS supervisor at 028 found out about the incident, and rushed to prevent 18 ballots from being cast into ballot boxes.

East Jakarta KPU commissioner Rio Verieza admitted that there had been a serious violation in the implementation of the vote at Polling Station 028, Pinang Ranti Village, Makasar District, East Jakarta.

"Two officers who committed violations and cheated have been sanctioned," he said when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, November 28.

The fraud was also recorded by amateur videos and circulated widely on social media. The incident caused a commotion in the community.

In the amateur video footage, it appears that a number of people show that ballots from the East Jakarta KPU have been cast for the Candidate Pair for Governor and Deputy Governor of Jakarta Number 3 Pramono Anung-Rano Karno.

"The video is true, related to the incident it is true. Yesterday, last night, we checked it. One head of the KPPS plus a order officer at Pols 028, Pinang Ranti Village, Makasar District, East Jakarta. After we checked, the person concerned admitted," he said.

Rio explained, from the confession of the KPPS chairman and TPS order officers, they did it spontaneously. The goal is that the voter's participation report at the TPS is high. He denied that there were political reasons such as special directions from certain parties behind the actions of violating the rules taken by the two officers.
