JAKARTA - East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa hopes that there will be a retreat for elected deputy regional heads in order to maximize strategic partnerships with regional heads.

Through the retreat, said Khofifah, regional heads can understand more comprehensively the central government's policy to be coordinated and further intensified by local governments.
