TANGERANG - Head of Research and Public Advocacy of LBHAP PP Muhammadiyah, Gufroni suspects that there is a flow of money from the issuance of 263 certificates signed by a number of village heads (kades), including the Head of Kohod Village, Arsin.

"It's just that there is a flow of money. So we suspect that based on Arsin's information, a lot of money is obtained from the process of issuing SHM and HGB," he continued.

Therefore, Gufroni admitted that he was not surprised to see the wealth of the Kohod village head, Arsin, who had increased rapidly. Because he benefited from the SHGB and SHM which were signed by him.

"Yes, so we suspect that based on Arsin's information, a lot of money was obtained from the process of issuing SHM and HGB. It got Rp. 1,500 per meter. It was paid at the beginning. Now, because HGB and SHM have been issued, he also gets a fee of Rp. 20,000 per meter. Naturally, his wealth (Kades) shot up," he said.

As is known, the attorney for Kohod villager, Henri said that the Head of Kohod Village, Arsin, has abundant wealth. According to him, Arsin's assets are on behalf of other people on the pretext of avoiding the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKP).

As for his wealth, he has assets such as the Rubicon luxury car, Honda Civic to Honda CR-V. Not only that, he also owns 4 houses in the Tangerang Regency area.

"More or less, what we have seen is 4, Kohod, senior, Tanjung burung, slowar, Garuda complex. (The car) we saw the garage of the village head with many luxury cars, rubicons, all new CRV, Honda Civic," he said.

Regarding this statement, the attorney for the Arsin Village Head, Yunihar, did not deny owning a Rubicon to Civic car. However, the vehicle was obtained by installments.

"I think of course the standard of human style is different, whether the lifestyle is outside the standard, I think that's his domain," said Yunihar.

He said that the Arsin Village Head received a number of assets in a halal way or not violating the law.

"For the current condition of owning (Rubicon up to) Civic, I think it's only natural. It's just a question how to get the car, it is certain that he will get it in a lawful way," he said.
