JAKARTA - A number of victims of demolition on land owned by Perumnas located in RT 05/08, Jalan Dr. Sumarno, Pulo Gebang Village, Cakung District, East Jakarta admitted that they could stay in the area because they had been purchased.

The victims suspected that he was dealing with the wrong person, namely a land mafia group that intends to commit fraud.

"I have been informed (about the land mafia), but my money has come in. (asking) Not being able to return it, the name is mafia is difficult," complained Maman (54) one of the employees at the East Jakarta City Government who was also a victim of eviction, Wednesday, February 12.

Maman said that if there was an offer for relocation to the Seruni Cakung Flats, after the forced demolition carried out by the East Jakarta District Court.

Apart from Maman, Roro Sintya (15) also said the same thing. Before the eviction, he lived with his father in the evicted location.

In fact, Sintya and her family have lived for more than 10 years. In fact, Sintya's father also previously bought the land from someone.

"He said he once said (papah) bought it with that name. Astagfirullahaladzim," said Sintya with tears in her eyes when she saw her house in the bulldozer of East Jakarta District Court officers.

Sintya said her parents initially received a demolition letter from related parties. Then, today is the sudden demolition.

"So initially only sent a letter. A letter (written) on February 12, 2025, there will be a installment. But there was no pause from the letter for 1 week, only a few days, then suddenly I came back from the orphanage because papah was sick. Then he said the house wanted to be evicted, how do I not get sick (syok) trying?," he regretted.

Sintya previously lived with her parents in the semi-permanent house. However, in the last few years, he has only lived in an orphanage on the reference of his school.

"I've been in the orphanage for 2 years, I'm in (panti) with the school," he said.

Representing his parents, Sintya hopes that there will be justice for his family for the demolition of the house's execution.

"I just want justice. My papa is sick, I don't have anything to do anymore. Where do you live? I don't know (where to live) it's up to papah," he said.
