The Wife And Sister Of The Kohod Village Head Examined By The Criminal Investigation Unit Of The Police Regarding The Emergence Of SHGB And SHM Laut Tangerang

TANGERANG - The wife and sister of the village head (Kades) of Kohod, Arsin, were questioned by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Headquarters regarding the emergence of Building Use Rights Certificates (SHGB) and Ownership Rights (SHM) in the sea of Tangerang Regency on behalf of the company.

According to VOI monitoring, Arsin's wife was seen wearing a veil at the location. He was seen sitting in the investigator's room at the Pakuhaji Police Headquarters. Besides, there was Arsin's younger brother, who was wearing a black jacket and trousers.

Both of them were apparently asked to sign a file that allegedly contained a case report (BAP), which was carried out by a Bareskrim Polri officer.

Furthermore, Bareskrim Polri plans to search the Kohod Village office, and two houses belonging to the Arsin Village Head, located in Kohod Village, Pakuhaji, Tangerang Regency.

The search was carried out regarding the absence of the Kohod Village Head in fulfilling the invitation to clarify the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police some time ago.

The invitation was related to the handling of cases of alleged forgery of letters or authentic deeds related to the sea fence in Tangerang waters.

According to the Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Djuhandani Rahardjo Puro, to reporters, Tuesday, February 4, emphasized that his party had found a criminal element in the case. Therefore, in the process of title the case was decided to increase the status of the case to the investigation stage.

"In principle, we have found a criminal act. If we find a criminal act, we will carry out an investigation later, we are ready, with forced efforts we are ready," said Djuhandani.

The case was held today. The process was carried out after investigators examined several witnesses.

Recently, there are five witnesses who have been questioned regarding the case. Two of them are employees from the Ministry of ATR/BPN and one from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP).

"The five people are what I said yesterday, KJSB Lukman, then ATR/BPN (there are) 2 people, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, and the Tangerang Regency Bappeda," said Djuhandani.
