East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Commissioner Nicolas Ary Lilipaly explained that his party had problems investigating because the license plate number of the perpetrator's vehicle was blurry on the surveillance camera (CCTV) footage.
"It's still an investigation. From CCTV, the number plate is blur. So we are still investigating further," Nicolas said when confirmed, Sunday, January 28, as reported by Antara.

Nicolas explained that a man with a red plate motorbike was suspected of hitting a boy in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.
