The Leader Of The Islamic Boarding School In Duren Sawit, A Fellow Type, Has Been Caught By His Wife, But Continues

JAKARTA - A leader and owner of the AD-Diniyah Islamic boarding school (Ponpes) on Jalan Masjid Kampung Tipar, RT 09/07, Pondok Kelapa Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta, with the initials C on the students who were victims of sexual harassment.

The sexual crime was revealed after investigators from the PPA Unit of the East Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim conducted an in-depth investigation of the suspect's statement with the initials C after being arrested.

Ironically, the suspect with the initials C has the heart to sexually harass the victims of students since the boarding school was just established, namely since 2019.

"This action was carried out from 2019 to 2024," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly when confirmed, Wednesday, January 22.

In this case, only two students made police reports with the initials MFR (17) and RN (17) victims. The perpetrators of same-sex sexual irregularities were carried out in his 'personal room'.

"Initially the victims were invited to a private room, when his wife was teaching at the boarding school. Then the victim was told to massage and the perpetrator was aroused," he said.

With the massage carried out by the victim on orders, the suspect hopes that his lust will be satisfied. He reasoned that by massage by the victim, the suspect's illness would come out and the suspect would recover.

Then the suspect ordered the victim to remove sperm. After the action was completed, the suspect then gave money to the victim.

"The suspect has been doing it since 2019-2024 and has been warned by his wife after being caught doing it with the victim. However, the suspect is still doing it," he said.

Suspect C, who is the owner of this pesantren, committed same-sex sexual acts when the perpetrator's wife was teaching at the pesantren.

"When his wife taught at the Islamic boarding school, the suspect committed the act. Then the victim was invited to have recreation to Ancol so as not to tell other people.

For his actions, the suspect with the initials C was charged with the Law on Child Protection.

In addition to the case of sexual abuse of children committed by the suspect led by Ponpes with the initials C, it turns out that the case was also followed by another suspect who was the caretaker of the AD-Diniyah Islamic Boarding School with the initials MCN.

MCN, a caregiver at the AD-Diniyah Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes), Jalan Masjid Kampung Tipar, RT 09/07, Pondok Kelapa Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta, has been carrying out acts of sexual harassment against students since 2021.

"The perpetrator has committed this act from 2021 to 2024. The perpetrator has been detained and faces up to 15 years in prison," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly to reporters, Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

In the action, the suspect MCN was determined to commit his depraved acts to the three victims in different places.
