Stepfather In South Kalimantan Invites His Underage Daughter's Gilir Friends After Drinking Alcohol

Central Hulu Sungai (HST) Police in South Kalimantan (Kalsel) arrested a stepfather with the initials AL (27) who raped his underage daughter in turns by inviting his colleague RH (39)

"AL is the victim's stepfather. AL carried out his action with his friend RH. The victim is a 14-year-old girl," said Head of Public Relations of HST Police Iptu Akhmad Priadi in Barabai, Hulu Sungai Tengah, Sunday, January 19, quoted by Antara.

He explained that the heartbreaking incident occurred last month, when the victim had just finished taking the school package exam and his stepfather picked him up on a motorbike. Instead of returning home, the victim was taken to a house.

"About a month the report went on, the two perpetrators were finally arrested. The perpetrators of AL were secured by the HST Police Buser Unit and the HST Police PPA Unit assisted by the Balangan Police Resmob at one of the stalls on Jalan Houling Km 64, Tanta District, Tabalong Regency," he said.

Priadi said that as a result of the development, the perpetrators of the two RHs were also arrested at his home in Batang Alai Utara District, HST Regency.

In addition to arresting the perpetrators, he continued, officers secured a number of evidences, namely a black long plysket skirt, a cream long-sleeved shirt with a black tribal line motif, a headscarf, shorts, and underwear.

HST Police revealed that the perpetrator forced the victim with the threat of being stabbed if he refused to consume liquor (alcohol). The victim, who was afraid of being forced to drink, finally the two perpetrators carried out their actions in turns.

The perpetrator then took the victim, but was not taken to the house, but dropped off on the side of the road.

After the victim arrived home, immediately reported the actions of his stepfather to his biological mother who then made a report to the police.

For this incident, Priadi said that the two perpetrators were entangled in the crime of child protection as referred to in Article 81 Paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 76 D of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection into Law.
