"My father worked at Glodok Plaza as the head of the sound system at the upper-floor karaoke. Around 20 years (worked there)," Stanly told VOI at the DVI post at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital.

Stanly said that the fire that hit Glodok Plaza was not the first time this had happened. To his knowledge from his father, Glodok Plaza had burned several times.

Stanly admitted that after learning of the fire on Wednesday, January 15, at night, he went straight to the location of the fire at Glodok Plaza on Thursday, January 16, morning.

He came with his younger brother and mother to find the whereabouts of Muljadi (56) his father. The reason is, that night, Muljadi was still working at the scene.

"At that time I knew, on Wednesday night I saw the news. The next morning I immediately left with my mother, my father's sister and sister to the scene. Yesterday I had time to go to the scene at Glodok Plaza, the first body bag came out filled with bones," he said.
