6 Ministers And 3 Deputy Ministers Have Not Deposited LHKPN To The KPK Ahead Of The Reporting Limit

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed that there are six ministers and three deputy ministers who have not submitted periodic state administrators' assets (LHKPN) reports in 2023. In fact, the deadline for submission falls on March 31 or three days.

"As of 14.00 WIB this afternoon, from the data we withdrawn, there are still around, if there are still around six ministers who have not reported LHKPN and three deputy ministers who have not reported LHKPN," said LHKPN Director Isnaini at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, March 28.

Isnaini did not reveal the identities of the six ministers and the three vice ministers. However, from the information gathered they were Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (MenPAN RB) Azwar Anas, Minister of Social Affairs (Mensos) Tri Rismaharini, Minister of Investment/Head of BKPM Bahlil Lahadalia, Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin, Minister of Education Culture Research and Technology Nadiem Anwar Makarim, and Minister of State Secretary (Mensesneg) Praktikno.

Meanwhile, the three deputy ministers who have not reported are Deputy Minister of Communication and Information, Nezar Patria, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Pahala Nugraha Mansury, and Deputy Minister of Defense Muhamad Herindra.

In addition, Isnaini also mentioned that there are state administrators at the provincial level who have not reported their wealth. The details are four governors and five governors (pj).

Even so, up to now 92.18 percent or around 375,495 of the 407,333 mandatory reporting officials have submitted their latest assets. Of this number, the executive is the party that is most obedient to reach 94.49 percent.

Meanwhile, the lower legislature at the central level, namely the DPR, MPR, and DPD, deposited their wealth reports. "So the position until this afternoon was only around 29.55 percent who had just reported. Maybe this is because of the busyness of the legislative members in yesterday's election, so they haven't had time to report LHKPN," he concluded.
