JAKARTA - A joint team from the police, Jasa Marga, the Bekasi City Fire Department, and the Waskita contractor team evacuated a truck belonging to PT Pertamina Patra Niaga which had a fatal accident on Jalan Alternative Cibubur.
The joint team used two heavy equipment, one tow truck belonging to Jasa Marga and one crane truck belonging to Waskita to evacuate the truck which started at 22.20 WIB.
Based on ANTARA's observations at the scene on Monday, July 18, the officers had some difficulties during the evacuation process because the trucks were loaded with fuel oil (BBM) and many local people wanted to take a close look.
Police officers and firefighters conveyed an appeal to the public not to approach the truck evacuation site because it was dangerous to life.
After struggling at around 22.45 WIB, the joint team was able to evacuate the truck containing the Pertalite type fuel so that the road could return to normal.
