Victim Reports To Polda Metro, Pajero Rider's Arrogant Action Is Being Investigated

JAKARTA - The arrogant action of the Pajero car driver which went viral on social media led to a crime. The victim of the slap, Yohanes Aditya Sutanto (28), decided to report to the Metro Jaya Police.

"In the case of the Pajero car, the victim has submitted a report to the Metro Police," said Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Monday, May 23.

In the report, the driver of the Pajero car was reported for alleged abuse as regulated in Article 352 of the Criminal Code.

Report registered with number LP/B/2478/V/2022/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya dated 22 May 2022.

Previously, Zulpan said that his party already knew the owner of the Pajero car. Based on vehicle data, the car with the police number (nopol) B 199 MCP is owned in the name of the company.

In addition, from the search, the car owner company is located in Jatiuwung, Tangerang.

"(Car ownership, ed) PT. M," said Zulpan.

For information, the arrogant act that went viral on social media began when the Pajero driver was about to enter the GT Tomang, on Sunday, May 22.

However, instead of waiting in line, he tried to overtake another vehicle. Thus, his actions made the driver of the Yaris car angry and then reprimanded him.

The driver of the Pajero car did not accept the reprimand, until an argument broke out. In fact, he slapped the driver of the Yaris and then left.
