Brigadier General JT, Who Defended Babinsa Through An Open Letter To The National Police Chief, Listyo Sigit, Removed
JAKARTA - Brigadier General TNI JT has been proven guilty of violating the Military Disciplinary Law and violating the Military Criminal Law. Previously, clarification and examination of witnesses had been carried out at the AD Puspom Headquarters, Jakarta, from September 22 to 24.
The Commander of the Army Military Police Center, Lt. Gen. Chandra W. Sukotjo said that due to indications of violations of the Military Disciplinary Law and violations of the Military Criminal Law, the Army Puspom would continue further legal proceedings against Brigadier General TNI JT.
"The unlawful act in question is a violation of the Military Disciplinary Law and a violation of the Military Criminal Law by Article 126 of the Criminal Procedure Code and Article 103 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code", said TNI Lieutenant General Chandra in a written statement, launching the TNI AD website, Saturday, October 9.
The Army Chief of Staff (KSAD) has issued a Release Order from the duties and responsibilities of the position of Brigadier General TNI JT as Inspector of Military Command (Irdam) XIII Merdeka.

"The TNI JT Brigadier General was then placed as a Special Staff for the Army Chief of Staff (KSAD)", he said.
As is known, Brigadier General TNI JT had shocked the public some time ago. Brigadier General TNI JT wrote openly to the National Police Chief Gen. Pol Listyo Sigit Prabowo for defending one of the Babinsa over a land dispute case in North Sulawesi.
"The results of the examination of the witnesses related to the statement of Brigadier General TNI JT, it has been found that there are facts and unlawful acts committed by Brigadier General TNI JT", he said.
