AHY's Party Releases Hundreds Of Evidence At Administrative Court Trial, KLB Democrats: Using A Thousand Pieces Of Evidence Is Useless

JAKARTA - Muhammad Rahmad, spokesman for the DPP KLB Democrat Party Deli Serdang, has raised his voice regarding the threat from Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's (AHY) camp regarding the amount of evidence that will be prepared at the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN) session, Thursday, October 7, today.

It is known that the attorney for the Democratic Party for the AHY camp, Hamdan Zoelva, stated that the Democratic Party had hundreds of legal facts to prove that the decision of the Minister of Law and Human Rights to reject the ratification of the Moeldoko KLB results was legally correct.

A number of facts witnesses that will be presented by the DPP of the Democratic Party of AHY's camp in the Jakarta Administrative Court agenda on Thursday, October 7, among them are Hinca Pandjaitan (Member of Commission III of the DPR RI), Cellica Nurrachadiana (Regent of Karawang), and Suhardi Duka (Member of Commission IV DPR RI).

According to Rahmad, the plan is useless, even thousands of evidence will be useless. Therefore, his party is not afraid of the threat of hundreds of evidence prepared by the AHY camp.

"SBY's DPP wants to use a thousand pieces of evidence, it's useless because the Memorandum/Articles of Association is the result of manipulation produced outside the Congress," said Rahmad in Jakarta, Thursday, October 7.

Rahmad actually alluded to the lies uttered by the AHY camp. Where, he said, at the last press conference held by the Democratic Party for the AHY camp, Spokesperson Herzaky Mahendra Putra actually went offside by calling PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri overthrowing the late Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) figure Gus Dur.
