In Front Of The Judge, Dedi Mulyadi Calls The Defendant Of Bribery Indramayu Supports Ridwan Kamil During The Gubernatorial Election

BANDUNG - Chairman of the Panel of Judges, Surachmat, in the trial of the alleged bribery project in Indramayu confirmed the contents of the Minutes of Case (BAP) for Member of the Indonesian Parliament, Dedi Mulyadi, who was a witness in the case regarding the emergence of the name of West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil.

The confirmation relates to the statement of the defendant Siti Aisyah who claimed to be asked for money by Dedi Mulyadi for the sake of the 2018 West Java Governor Election.

"In the testimony of witness BAP (Dedi), I never asked for money for the nomination of the governor. To my knowledge, Siti Aisyah supports Ridwan Kamil", said the Panel of Judges Surachmat at the Bandung District Court, West Java, as reported by Antara, Monday, October 4.

"That's right (BAP)", said Dedi, who was presented as a witness in the trial.

In the trial for the development of the bribery case for the provincial aid project in Indramayu Regency, there were two defendants, namely Siti Aisyah and Ade Barkah. Both were charged with receiving cash flows to facilitate provincial assistance for projects in Indramayu.

The questioning of Dedi Mulyadi is related to the indictment of Siti Aisyah who was accused of receiving a cash flow from the previous defendant, namely Abdul Rozaq, amounting to IDR 100 million for the governor election.

The reason is that Siti Aisyah is a member of the West Java Regional House of Representatives from the same party faction as Dedi so that the money flow is thought to have flowed to Dedi Mulyadi as one of the candidates in the political contestation.

To the prosecutor's question about the flow of money from Siti, Dedi denied this. In addition, Dedi is said to have gathered members of the council from his party faction to conduct a procurement ahead of the gubernatorial election.

"Never", said Dedi.

Meanwhile, the other defendant, Ade Barkah, who is a member of the West Java Regional House of Representatives from the same faction as Dedi, is more talkative. When the judge asked for a response to the alleged sect, Ade chose not to respond.

"Enough, Your Majesty", said Ade.
