Suspicious FPI Reborn Supports Anies Baswedan In The 2024 Presidential Election, Guntur Romli Wants Identity Politics

JAKARTA - Partai Solidaritas Indonesia (PSI) politician, Mohamad Guntur Romli, has spoken about the birth of the Islamic Brotherhood Front (FPI) which has been declared in several regions in Indonesia.

He added that the birth of the new FPI is directly related to the upcoming 2024 presidential election. Guntur strongly suspects that FPI Reborn will support Anies Baswedan in the 2024 presidential election.

"I see this there is a strong suspicion of Anies Baswedan's candidacy. Because in the past Anies used FPI in the Jakarta Regional Election. It is possible that Anies, who has failed in Jakarta but still wants to insist on his candidacy, still uses religious issues, who else if not FPI", said Guntur Romli.
