Papuan Armed Criminal Group Lead By Lamek Taplo Jump Off A Cliff After Killing One Police Member
JAKARTA - The National Police said that the Papuan Armed Criminal Group (KKB) immediately fled after attacking the Kiworok Police Station, Bintang Mountains. In fact, they fled by jumping into the abyss.
"It is known that the KKB jumped into a ravine and fled," said the Head of the Bintang Mountains Police Cahyo Sukarnito in his statement, Sunday, September 26.
However, it did not specify how many people or members of the KKB carried out the attack. So far, it has only been stated that the perpetrators are the Papuan KKB led by Lamek Alipki Taplo. This action killed a member of the Indonesian National Police, Bharatu Muhammad Kurniadi Sutio
Currently, members of the National Armed Force (TNI)- National Poice (Polri) are searching the vicinity of the incident location to hunt down the KKB members. Meanwhile, the body of Bharatu Muhammad Kurniadi Sutio is in the process of being evacuated.

Previously, the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) attacked members of the TNI-Polri who were at the Kiwirok Police Station. As a result of the attack, a member of the Indonesian National Police, Bharatu Muhammad Kurniadi Sutio was shot and killed.
"The shootout resulted in the death of one member of the Nemangkawi Task Force," said Head of Public Relations of the Papua Police, Commissioner Mustofa Kamal.
The gunfight began when members of the TNI-Polri stood guard at the Kiwirok Police Station. However, at around 04.50 a.m. local time, members of the KKB led by Lamek Alipki Taplo attacked and ended up shooting each other.
"Bharatu Muhammad Kurniadi Sutio received a gunshot wound under his right armpit," said Kamal.
