Komnas PA Suspects That Saipul Jamil Didn't Get Treatment Of Decreasing Lust
JAKARTA - Freed from Cipinang Prison, Saipul Jamil was greeted like a winner in a championship match. Even the procession using an open car, is considered to hurt the victim's humanity.
The Board of Commissioners of the National Commission for Child Protection (Komnas PA), Imacculata suspected that Saipul Jamil when he was in Cipinang Prison did not receive treatment so there was no regret when he was released.
"I believe he (Saipul Jamil) in prison cannot receive treatment, because he needs drugs to inhibit testosterone to inhibit his lust. To inhibit serotonin, he must receive regular treatment," she told reporters at the National Commission for Child Protection (Komnas PA) office, East Jakarta, Monday, September 6.
Imacculata fears that the victims will become the new predators of sexual crimes. This was said after her party conducted interviews with victims of sexual violence.
"Because most of the perpetrators we interviewed had experienced that, almost 100 percent. Why did it? Because we used to do that. That's what they (the victims) said," she said.

"This is permanent (sexual crime). As soon as we see the children want it, let alone get another stage. Our children will run out (later)," she said.
The same thing was also conveyed by the Supervisory Board of the National Commission for Child Protection, Rostien Ilyas. According to him, this case is a very terrible crime and has a long trauma impact.
The reason, continued Rostien, every child predator, if asked, must have confessed that he had also been a victim of a similar sexual crime.
Meanwhile, according to the Secretary-General of Komnas PA, Lia Latifah, her party does not hate the figure of Saipul Jamil. However, her party hates the actions of the public figure.
"We don't hate the figure but the behavior. It's behavior that is not exemplary and inhuman, it even violates human rights," she said.
