Gene Simmons From KISS Also Positive For COVID-19!
JAKARTA - The band KISS announced that Gene Simmons had tested positive for COVID-19. The news was shared by the band via their social media on Tuesday, August 31, a few days after Simmons' bandmate Paul Stanley tested positive for COVID-19.
“KISS will be postponing several tour dates in the future. While Paul Stanley writes that he has recovered from COVID-19, Gene Simmons is now positive and has mild symptoms", the band said in a statement.
They will be quarantined at home and isolated for a few days. "The doctor said the tour could resume on September 9".
When Paul Stanley was announced to have tested positive for COVID-19, the band KISS simply postponed the Philadelphia stage. This time they added three concerts that had to be postponed because two of the personnel had to rest.

The band also did not announce a new date for the concert until they waited for further news of the condition.
“The [KISS band] tour has a COVID safety protocol officer around the clock making sure everyone follows the rules”.
Previously, Simmons expressed his desire to carry out the vaccine on their tour.
“I support everyone getting the vaccine. I hope everyone wears a mask at the concert. But we can only control what we can control because every country has different rules", Simmons told Ultimate Classic Rock.
