Good News, Producer Of Imboost And Curcuma Plus Wants To Distribute An Interim Dividend Of Rp250 Billion
JAKARTA - PT Soho Global Health Tbk (SOHO) wants to share blessings for its shareholders. The issuer with the stock code SOHO will distribute interim dividends for the 2021 financial year totaling Rp250.03 billion to shareholders.
The total interim dividend is equivalent to Rp197 per share. With SOHO's share price at Rp5,350 per share on Friday, August 6, Soho Global's interim dividend yield is 3.68 percent.
This dividend distribution has been approved by Soho Global's board of commissioners on August 2, 2021. And the following is the schedule for the distribution of the interim dividends for the producers of Imboost and Curcuma Plus based on information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Monday 9 August:
- Cum interim dividend in regular market and negotiated market: August 10, 2021
- Ex interim dividend in regular market and negotiated market: 12 August 2021
- Cum interim dividend on cash market: August 13, 2021
- Ex interim dividend on cash market: August 16, 2021
- Recording date: August 13, 2021
- Dividend payment: August 27, 2021.

For your information, SOHO has just pocketed dividends from two subsidiaries. On July 28, SOHO announced dividends from PT Soho Industri Pharmasi amounting to Rp539.99 billion. Soho Global owns 99.64 percent of Soho Industri's shares.
Soho Global also pocketed dividends from PT Parit Padang Global, a subsidiary with 99.99 percent ownership. From Parit Padang, Soho will reap a dividend of Rp110 billion.
