A Health Worker Nur Hayati Dies In Accident, Mother Says She Has A High Social Spirit
JAKARTA - Nur Hayati (21) a volunteer health worker for the Merdeka Vaccination of Matraman Police who died in an accident at the underpass in front of UKI, Cawang, East Jakarta, still leaves deep sorrow for the family. During her lifetime, this active student who is still in semester 7 has a high social spirit.
Sajiati (51) the victim's mother said that her third daughter often volunteered at every social activity. She is also active in other social activities around her.
"She likes to volunteer. She often volunteers. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, she often taught street children and underprivileged children. She was independent, volunteered at her own will," Sajiati recalled to VOI while holding back tears at the funeral home on Sunday, 8 August.

The victim's brother, Deni added, before the accident that happened to his sister, Nur did not tell his brother that she was a health worker in the Merdeka vaccination program.
"We don't know either, she said she only wanted to be a volunteer for vaccine screening for 17 days, but she went back and forth. She worked from 7 in the morning. She always brought her own motorbike everywhere," said Deni.
The accident occurred when the victim was about to return to her home after carrying out her duties as a health worker for Merdeka Vaccination in the Pisangan Baru area, Matraman.
"It happened in the media at 3.30 pm in the afternoon when the deceased was about to go home," he said.
