Most Daily COVID-19 Recovered Cases Are From Banten

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Ministry of Health announced that the addition of the number of daily recovered COVID-19 patients was reported to be in Banten Province.

The number of recovered cases in Banten was 8.044 people, bringing the total recovered to 81.469 people.

Meanwhile, East Java Province was in second place with 5.988 patients with the accumulation of recovered patients reaching 23.7896 patients.

The next most recovered patients occurred in Central Java as many as 4.387 patients so that it accumulated to 309.784 patients.

The Ministry of Health also reported that the total addition of daily recovered patients nationally reached 39.466 patients out of a total of 2.809.538 patients.

Meanwhile, the addition of confirmed cases nationally was 30.738 cases with a total of 3.440.396 cases.

The most additions of confirmed cases occurred in Central Java with 4.234 cases, followed by East Java with 3.671 cases and West Java with 2.769 cases.

The daily death cases are dominated by Central Java with 345 cases, followed by East Java with 330 cases and West Java with 189 cases. This number contributed to the national daily death rate of 1.604 cases, bringing a total of 95.723 deaths.

The addition of active cases is 10.312 cases, bringing the total to 535.135 cases. The number of specimens examined was 178.375 specimens. For suspected cases as many as 280.518 cases. This was reported by Antara, Sunday, August 1.
