Metro Police Chief Inspector General Fadil: AstraZeneca Vaccine Is Halal!
JAKARTA - Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Fadil Imran stated that the AstraZeneca vaccine used in the independent vaccination program is halal.
The statement was emphasized to convince people who are still hesitant to undergo vaccination.
"There is resistance from several times that we have vaccinated about halal, about the impact and so on. Actually, we have repeatedly explained that this is halal, AstraZeneca is halal," said Fadil to reporters, Sunday, August 1.
In addition, Fadil also said that there would indeed be an effect on everyone after undergoing the vaccine. However, it is not harmful to health.
"The impact is small, that's the process when a vaccine is carried out," said Inspector General Fadil.

That way, the formation of herd immunity will soon be achieved and Jakarta can get out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Hopefully Jakarta, which I said yesterday, is not doing well with this activity, hopefully, Jakarta will be more enthusiastic," said Fadil.
For information, the independent vaccine is a Metro Jaya Police program in August 2021. The purpose of this program is to accelerate the formation of herd immunity.
Independent vaccines also involve medical volunteers. They consist of general practitioners, dentists, nurses, and midwives who have received special training.
