Hundreds Of DKI Jakarta Residents Invade GBK For COVID-19 Vaccination, Some Are Confused About The Queue

JAKARTA - Hundreds of DKI Jakarta residents queue to get the COVID-19 vaccine in the "Vaccination Attack" program at the Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta, Saturday, June 26.

At 08.30 western Indonesia time, residents had packed the GBK area to vaccinate. There were also officers who managed the queue of residents who wanted to enter the GBK Main Stadium.

"Please continue to wear masks and keep your distance," said one of the officers through a loudspeaker, quoted from Antara.

However, there are still a number of residents who are confused about the COVID-19 vaccination flow at the GBK Main Stadium, one of which is Budi, who is a resident of Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta.

"I'm still confused about the queue line. I've already asked the officers to be directed according to the domicile," he said.

Previously, the DKI Provincial Government held the "Vaccine Assault" program which was intended for DKI Jakarta residents only, starting at 08.00 WIB - 12.00, western Indonesia time.

"Quota is limited, specifically for DKI Jakarta ID cards," wrote the announcement on the DKI Jakarta Health Office Instagram.

Residents with DKI Jakarta ID cards can register through the JAKI application which can be downloaded at http://qrco.de/appsjaki.

In the application, on the choice of vaccination location, select the location of Gelora Village, Tanah Abang District.
