Proposed As A Candidate For Ambassador, Fadjroel Rachman: Any Tasks Of Mr. Jokowi Is An Invaluable Award
JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) proposed a candidate for the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia (LBBP RI) to friendly countries and international organizations. There are 33 names of new ambassador candidates, including Presidential Spokesperson Fadjroel Rachman to General Chairperson of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce, Rosan Roeslani.
In addition, there are names of former members of Jokowi's team during the 2019 presidential election, such as Zuhairi Misrawi and Lena Maryana Mukti.
In response to this, Fadjroel Rachman did not confirm or deny. He only said that he was ready to carry out the state duties given by President Jokowi.
"Any task for the state that President Joko Widodo has directed to me is a priceless gift. Because the task of the state is a noble task everywhere for the glory of the state and nation towards advanced Indonesia", he said when contacted by VOI, Friday, June 25.
Meanwhile, House of Representatives Commission I is planned to hold a fit and proper test in July.
"We have scheduled a fit and proper test for the second week of July", said Chairman of the House of Representatives Commission I, Meutya Hafid, to reporters.
She did not reveal who was in the letter. However, names such as Fadjroel and Rosan were reportedly proposed as ambassadors.
"The president's letter is confidential. So I can't open it. However, it is reported that the names above have been entered", said the Golkar politician.
