Cooperating With Google And Mambu, Bank Jago Presents Banking Data Processing In Cloud Computing

JAKARTA - PT Bank Jago Tbk (ARTO) cooperates with Google Cloud Service in developing its banking platform. The Bank Jago application also collaborates with a SaaS (software as a service) banking platform from Germany, namely Mambu.

This collaboration allows Bank Jago to operate more efficiently so that it can provide optimal and relevant digital services to meet customers' life needs (life solutions). Moreover, Mambu offers products that enable their clients to process banking services more efficiently.

"This partnership provides a core banking solution that is in line with Bank Jago's aspirations and allows us to offer flexible cloud-based banking services to our customers", said Bank Jago President Director, Kharim Siregar in a written statement.

Meanwhile, Mambu has 180 clients in more than 65 countries, such as Dutch state-owned bank ABN Amro, German digital bank N26, Islamic Bank, and a French telecommunications company, Orange.

"We are very excited to present and introduce a composable banking architecture in Indonesia", said Mambu APAC Managing Director, Myles Bertrand.

Composable banking itself is a form of design and implementation of financial services by combining various systems with their respective uses and advantages. The combination of these systems is flexible and fast, enabling banks to provide modern and adaptive customer experiences in today's digital era.

In Indonesia, Bank Jago competes with a number of digital banks such as Seabank Indonesia and Bank Neo Commerce. Bank Jago became one of the first digital banks in Indonesia after acquiring Bank Artos in 2019. This digital bank also received investment from Gojek in 2020.
