20 Terra Drone Fire Victim Employees Recorded As Employment BPJS, 2 Interns Are Not Registered

Head of the Central Jakarta Nakertrans and Energy Sub-dept., Qomari Noorizki checked employment status at the Terra Drone Indonesia company after the deadly fire.

Furthermore, Kasudin said that based on regulations, guarantees for work accidents (JKK), victims or heirs are entitled to JKK benefits, usually 48 times the wages they receive while working.

"If according to regulations, victims of work accidents benefit JKK, usually 48 times the wages they receive," he said.

Qomari said that as a regional work unit, his staff routinely conducts socialization of Norma K3 development for companies in Central Jakarta.

The socialization includes guidance to building owners and building tenants.

Qomari said that his party was working according to directions from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Transmigration and Energy Manpower Office. Where in this case the location of the incident is in Central Jakarta.
