The Terra Drone Indonesia Building In Kemayoran Is Not Equipped With A Fire Prevention System
JAKARTA - Acting Head of Central Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept., Mulandono said, the Terra Drone Indonesia building that caught fire in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, was not equipped with a fire prevention system in buildings such as springkler, smoke detectors to evacuation routes.
"The building is not equipped with an early fire prevention system. And the building has never been examined by the Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept., Pusa," he said when confirmed, Wednesday, December 10.
Mulandono said that the flow in conducting the examination can be carried out by the Central Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept. if there is an order from the One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP).

Until now there has been no order from PTSP for inspection.
"If there is an order from PTSP, then an examination can be carried out, checking because it involves legality issues," he said.
Mulandono said that his party only saw a few APARs during the initial deepening process at the Terra Drone building.
The springkler system is not found in the building area, nor is the smoke detector and evacuation route.
"There is no springkel, then there is no smoke detector. If the smoke detector definitely sounds, there is no sound for us until there. There is no evacuation route," he said.
