Mass Action At The BSI Gatot Subroto Office Moved By Irresponsible Parties

JAKARTA - The mass prosecution at the office of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sutra Tower Natural Building, Gatot Subroto, on Monday, December 8, 2025, was called unfounded. South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly, firmly denied the disbursement of funds in the area. In fact, Nicolas said that the masses had been moved by irresponsible parties and used the public with incorrect information or hoaxes.

"Ladies and gentlemen, moved by irresponsible people. You come all the way here and you won't get anything," he said.

Nicolas also said that the police together with BSI management had previously communicated with mass representatives. As a result, there is no agenda for disbursement of any funds related to the information circulating.

"There is no longer communication between the demonstrators and BSI because it has been done, and indeed there is no disbursement of funds," he continued.

The atmosphere in front of the Silk Tower Natural Building, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Monday, December 8, looks busy since 08.00 WIB. Dozens of residents were seen filling the front area of the building demanding the disbursement of funds they claimed had been promised by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).

The people who attended admitted that they came from various regions, hoping to get certainty over the disbursement of funds that they thought had been promised in several previous meetings.

The mass coordinator, Santoyo, referred to as the resident's Parental Guidance (PG), explained that their arrival was part of an effort to accelerate the disbursement of funds.

"As a society, we are representatives of the owner of funds, the owner of the system, and the owner of global assets. What we know is that these funds were disbursed by the government. There are five "ambera" fund distributions. For today, we have come so that the funds are disbursed first," said Santoyo, he told voi, Monday, December 8, 2025

He emphasized that their demands were addressed directly to BSI to immediately disburse funds which were said to amount to Rp. 10 trillion, as stated in the instructions brought by residents, including;

-Fee for Fund Owners, System Owners, and Global Asset Owners.

- Grants to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.

-A grant to Bank Syariah Indonesia.

-Investment to Beneficiaries.
