Vivo is preparing to launch the S50 series in China on December 15. Enthusiasm increased after both models emerged for pre-orders on major retail platforms. Information on configurations, colors, and hardware details began to be revealed through leaked technology bloggers.
Vivo S50 comes in four combinations of RAM and storage. The options include 12GB+256GB, 16GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, and 16GB+512GB. Available color variants include Space Black, Conference White, Serene Blue, and Inspirational Purple.
Vivo S50 Pro Mini comes in three memory and storage configurations. The combination includes 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, and 16GB+512GB. Color choices for this model are Space Black, Construction White, and Inspirational Purple.

Vivo S50 carries a 1.5K resolution 6.59-inch OLED screen. The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset is the resource. The battery has a capacity of 6,500 mAh with 90W fast charging support. The main camera uses a 50-megapixel resolution LYT-700V sensor.

Vivo S50 Pro Mini is expected to come globally as Vivo X300 FE. Other rumors say Vivo V70, which launched in early 2026, will carry a Vivo S50-like design.
