Arriving In Aceh, Prabowo Checks Bailey Bridge And Refugee Command Post
JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto arrived at Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport, Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province, Sunday morning, and immediately continued his trip to Bireuen Regency to check the bailey bridge and inspect the refugee post.
President Prabowo's arrival in Aceh today is his second visit to Serambi Mecca to directly check the impact of flash floods and landslides that hit a number of districts and cities on November 25, 2025.
President Prabowo got off the PK-GRD presidential plane at around 10.30 WIB, after the plane landed at 10.21 WIB.
At the airport apron, President Prabowo's arrival was welcomed by Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, and Aceh Governor Muzakir Manaf.
From Jakarta, President Prabowo was accompanied by Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono, and Head of the Indonesian Government Communication Agency Angga Raka Prabowo.
From Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport, President Prabowo and several state officials boarded the Caracal presidential helicopter to Bireuen.

In Bireuen, the President inspected the bailey bridge installed on one of the critical routes connecting Medan City with Banda Aceh City.
After that, the President is also scheduled to check the distribution of aid, and the refugee posts in Bireuen.
Information circulating among journalists, after leaving Bireuen, President Prabowo in a series of his working visits in Aceh, is scheduled to chair a limited meeting to handle floods and landslides in three provinces on the island of Sumatra, namely Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra.
The meeting was planned to be attended by Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, Minister of Higher Education Brian Yuliarto, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, Minister of Investment and Downstreaming Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, Minister of Agriculture Andi Amran Sulaiman, Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, Minister of State Prasetyo Hadi, Minister of Housing Maruarar Sirait, Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian, Minister of Public Works Dody Hanggodo, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono.
