BLACKPINK Fake Ticket Seller Arrested In Cimahi
JAKARTA - The Sub-Directorate of Resmob Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya arrested a man with the initials OGP, allegedly deceiving BLACKPINK fans with ticket sales mode. The perpetrator was arrested in a rented house in Cimahi City, West Java on November 27, 2025.
The Head of Sub-Directorate for Resmob Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Resa Fiardi Marasabessy, explained that the perpetrator's actions were revealed after the victim, ZI, reported that the ticket he bought for Rp. 5 million was fake.
"Arrested one perpetrator of fraud and/or embezzlement who used electronic media by selling fake concert tickets," he told reporters, Friday, December 5, 2025.
Resa explained that the case began when the perpetrator uploaded a BLACKPINK concert ticket offer through his X account. The victim who was tempted immediately communicated and agreed on a price. The money was transferred to the e-wallet account prepared by the perpetrator.

"After communicating and agreeing on a price, the victim was asked to transfer funds of Rp. 5 million to the e-wallet account provided by the perpetrator," he said.
However, when the concert was held in early November in Jakarta, the victim was embarrassed because the ticket he was carrying was not registered in the exchange system. Realizing that he was a victim of a hoax, ZI reported the incident to the police.
"The fraudulent act was discovered when the victim tried to exchange the ticket and found that the ticket purchased was fake," he said.
In addition to securing the perpetrators, the police also confiscated a number of evidences that strengthened their actions. OGP is now being held at Polda Metro Jaya. He was charged with Article 378 of the Criminal Code on Fraud and or Article 372 of the Criminal Code on Embezzlement, as well as Article 28 paragraph 1 concerning ITE with a penalty of 6 years in prison.
