The Case Of Defamation Of Ridwan Kamil By Lisa Mariana Is Still Running At The National Police Headquarters

Head of Sub-Directorate I Dittipidsiber Bareskrim Polri Kombes Rizki Agung Prakoso said the defamation case reported by former West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil against celebrity Lisa Mariana was still in progress at the Dittipidsiber Bareskrim Polri.

Rizki said that the handling of this defamation case was already in stage one or the transfer of case files to the West Java High Prosecutor's Office. He emphasized that currently investigators are still fulfilling instructions from the Public Prosecutor (JPU).

"There are still instructions for the prosecutor (to be completed, ed)," he said when contacted by the media, Friday, December 5, 2025.

He said Lisa was not detained because the threat of punishment did not meet the objective requirements for detention.

Lisa was charged with Articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code concerning defamation or insults with the threat of 4 years in prison.

"The threat of punishment cannot be contained," he concluded.

It is known, Lisa Mariana faced two different cases handled by the West Java Regional Police and the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police. Lisa Mariana has been named a suspect in a porn video case with a tattooed adult man.

Lisa has been forcibly arrested by investigators from the West Java Police Cyber Investigation Directorate on Thursday, December 4, 2025.

"This second summons was accompanied by forced efforts. He is undergoing examination at the Regional Police Headquarters," said Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Hendra Rochmawan

Hendra said Lisa's arrest was a forced attempt by the police. The reason is, he was always absent in the summons for questioning, but the person concerned was not detained.
