JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) noted that 13 RTs in the Thousand Islands area were flooded by tidal floods on Thursday, December 4, 2025.

Based on BPBD records at 13.00 WIB, 13 RTs in the Thousand Islands were flooded with tidal waves as high as 10 to 20 cm.

"There are 10 RTs in Pulau Harapan Village, Seribu Utara Islands that were flooded by tidal floods. The water level reaches 10 cm. Currently, they are still being handled by officers," said Head of the DKI Jakarta BPBD, Mohamad Yohan when confirmed.

In addition, flood inundation also occurred on Pari Island, South Thousand Islands. In this area, there are 3 RTs that were submerged by tidal tidal tidal flooding.

"The height of tidal water on Pari Island is as high as 10-20 cm. The flood is due to tidal tidal waves, currently it is still being handled," he said.
