After The Maghrib Prayers In Congregation, Participants In The 212 Khatamkan Al Quran Action

JAKARTA - Participants of the 212 Grand Reunion started their activities with congregational Maghrib Prayers in the National Monument (Monas) area, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday evening, December 2, 2025.

Thousands of participants seemed to be in a neat line to participate in the opening activity which was carried out after the call to prayer.

After that, they blasphemed the Koran, because the 212 action they took on December 2, 2016 was an action to defend the Qur'an.

"Because this 212 action is an act to defend the Qur'an, today we have completed more than 100 readings of the Qur'an and this time we read the khatam prayer," said a committee through loudspeakers.

Participants also seemed to still come to the Monas area. The 212 Grand Reunion event itself is centered in front of Monas, precisely from the southeast or Gambir door.

This 212 Grand Reunion event was held differently than the previous year. In previous years the reunion event was held from early morning to noon.

This time the 212 Grand Reunion event will be held from evening to evening, so that the action participants will hold congregational prayers first and then enter the main event.
