2,511 Joint Personnel Deployed For Security Of 212 Grand Reunion At Monas

Polda Metro Jaya deployed 2,511 joint personnel to provide services and security at the 212 Grand Reunion activity which was held on Tuesday 2 November 2025 afternoon until evening.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Bhudi Hermanto said that the personnel consisted of 2,132 Polri personnel, 100 TNI personnel, and 279 personnel from the DKI Regional Government.

"We will provide services in terms of security so that the implementation of the 212 Grand Reunion can run safely and in an orderly manner. Polda Metro Jaya is here to ensure that activities run smoothly. We urge all participants and the surrounding community to respect each other, including road users," he said in a written statement, Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

Regarding traffic engineering, Bhudi explained that flow diversion will be applied situationally starting at 17.00 WIB until the activity is complete.

A number of roads in the Monas area, Horse Statue, and Thamrin have the potential to be affected, including, Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, South, East, and North; Jalan Veteran I'III; Jalan Majapahit on the east side; Jalan Perwira; Jalan Budi Kemuliahan in the direction of the Horse Statue; Jalan MH Thamrin from Simpang Statue Kuda to Simpang Kebon Sirih; as well as Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan from the direction of Tugu Tani or the US Embassy.

"We urge people who pass by to plan alternative routes and comply with the directions of officers in the field for mutual safety," he concluded.
