Note, Guarantee Manager No Prospective Buses At Kalideres Terminal Ahead Of Christmas And New Year 2025

JAKARTA - The manager of Kalideres Terminal, West Jakarta, guarantees that there will be no practice of brokering bus tickets during the Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026 (Nataru) transportation periods.

Head of Kalideres Terminal, Revi Zulkarnaen, emphasized that his party had coordinated with the security forces to maintain the comfort and safety of the passengers.

"It should be noted that at Kalideres Terminal I make sure there will be no brokers. There are only PO bus employees looking for passengers to deliver them to the purchase counter," said Revi, quoted from ANTARA, Tuesday, December 2.

If a brokering practice is found, the terminal together with the Kalideres Police will immediately take action. In addition, passengers are also asked to report immediately if they find suspicious activity.

"But if broker practice is found, we will immediately act because we are assisted by the Kalideres Police to accommodate the terminal," said Revi.

Revi also appealed to passengers to buy tickets officially, either through counters at the terminal or through online services.

He also asked passengers to actively ask about the price and facilities provided by the bus PO to avoid misleading information.

When I want to buy a ticket, I expect passengers to buy it directly at the terminal or online. Passengers are also advised to actively ask questions regarding prices or facilities," he said.

Passengers are also asked to always get on and off the bus in the terminal area. This is for the safety of the passengers, considering that many departures and arrivals occur in the early hours of the morning.

"It is hoped that it will go down at the terminal, not on the side of the road, because it is very dangerous. At the terminal, facilities and infrastructure are very supportive so that passengers are safer," he said.
