BNN Ensures 25 People Arrested For Drugs In Berlan Are Civilians
JAKARTA - The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of the Republic of Indonesia has confirmed that 25 people have been arrested for drug trafficking in Berlan, Matraman, East Jakarta have the status of ordinary citizens.
"This area is the village of Berlan. Everything we arrest here are ordinary, civilian citizens," said Director of Psychotropics and Precursors of the Deputy for BNN Eradication, Aldrin Marihot Pandapotan Hutabarat, Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
The 25 perpetrators arrested were dealers, dealers and drug users. They were arrested from 15 different locations.
During the raid, officers found that the perpetrators who had been targeted had fled.
"There were two or three perpetrators who fled, even to the roof of the house. But with response, we can arrest our team from BNN, TNI and Polri Headquarters. Including evidence, we can confiscate it from it," he said.

In addition, joint officers also found 4 major drug dealers in the Berlan area, Matraman. The four dealers have been identified.
"We have DPOs with the initials N, T, T and S. Four DPOs are being pursued by BNN RI," he said.
