The Attorney General's Office Confiscates Toyota Alphard And Dua Moge Regarding The Alleged Tax Corruption Case That Dragged PT Djarum Boss Victor Hartono

The Indonesian Attorney General's Office (AGO) conducted searches in eight locations related to the alleged corruption case in reducing tax payments for the 2016-2020 period which also dragged the name of the President Director of PT Djarum, Victor Rachmat Hartono.

The head of the AGO's Legal Information Center, Anang Supriatna, said that during the search, investigators confiscated a number of documents related to taxation cases, including a Toyota Alphard unit and two big motorbikes (moge).

"It was obtained among the confiscated four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles, in addition to documents," he said at the Indonesian Attorney General's Office, Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

Anang explained that the eight search points were located in a number of locations in the Jabodetabek area.

"Yes, more than five, maybe eight points. All of the places around Jabodetabek," he said.

It is known that the AGO is investigating a corruption case in paying taxes for the 2016-2020 period. Anang said that in this case there were employees of the Directorate General of Taxes at the Ministry of Finance who agreed with taxpayers.

He explained that the two of them agreed so that tax payments from taxpayers or companies could be lower. In return, he said, taxpayers or companies will provide deposits to the officer.

In this case, a number of parties have also been banned starting from the President Director (Director) of PT Djarum, Victor Rachmat Hartono and former Director General (Dirjen) of Taxes at the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) Ken Dwijugiasteadi (KD).
