There's White Noise, Here Are 3 Types Of Sound For Sleep Delivery
JAKARTA - One suggestion for a better and more comfortable sleep is to listen to sounds, such as white noise (white voice). This voice is claimed to reduce anxiety so that we fall asleep quickly.
"Often times, the sound of sleep covers a surge in sounds such as doors that are slammed, car horns, or sirens, which may wake adults or children sleeping," said sleep specialist and founder of Sleep Dreams, Mary Halsey totaling, MD, quoted from Women's Health, Friday, November 21.
However, the sound for the luller is not only white noise. There are also other types, such as brown noise and pink noise, which can also calm and trigger drowsiness. Here are the differences between the three sounds of the introduction you should know.
1. White noise
If you live on the side of the highway that is noisy or can't standUishing, then white noise may be a sleep savior. White noise creates a steady voice that helps cover disturbing sounds.
"This is because white noise plays all sound frequencies evenly, creating a stable whoosh'' or shhh sound, which helps cover disturbing sounds," said sleep health doctor Raj Dasgupta, MD.
However, not everyone can like white noise and some even think it's annoying. This is because white sounds resemble the sound of a refrigerator or air conditioning, even the sound of a fan.

2. Brown noise
Unlike white noise, brown noise or brown sound has a deeper tone, almost like a roar, with no higher frequency at all.
"Cobs can sound like thunder in the distance or even ocean waves, which many say calms and grounded," Dasgupta explained.
3. Pink noise
While pink noise has a lower frequency than white noise, making it softer. This voice is like the right middle point between white noise and total silence.
"Pink noise has a lower sharpness in high notes, making it sound like rain or wind," he added.
This type of voice is perfect for people who want the background sound to be calmer, to help them fall asleep more comfortably.
