Ruben Onsu Accuses Sarwendah Of Not Fulfilling The Agreement On Schedule To Meet Children

JAKARTA - After Sarwendah, represented by his attorney, denied preventing Ruben Onsu from meeting the children, now it is Ruben Onsu's turn to complain again regarding the schedule agreement in meeting children.

Through his attorney, Minola Sebayang, Ruben finds it difficult to get time with his children, even though this has been regulated in the deed of their divorce agreement.

Minola explained the contents of the agreement in front of a notary who stated that Ruben had the right to meet and live with his children at least 2-3 days a week. However, the reality is difficult to materialize.

"But don't mean it's her right to meet her child on a limited basis or then for various reasons," said Minola Sebayang in the South Jakarta area, Wednesday, November 19.

"Just meet, just stay at school, according to our clients, it's not easy to give," he continued.

He rejected the reason that children did not want to meet. According to him, it is the mother's job to provide understanding to children about the rights of a father.

"As a mother, we have to be able to direct, it can't be like that. You also need time to meet your parents, with your father," he said.

Previously, Sarwendah through her attorney, Chris Sam Siwu, denied that it had made it difficult for Sarwendah's ex-husband to meet his children.

He also stated that the allegations were false and that his party had strong evidence that showed the meeting was still happening in a matter of weeks.

"This is a funny thing. I mean, we are here with proof of the chat, the meeting, yes, when is the meeting there," said Abraham Simon, a member of Sarwendah's legal team in the South Jakarta area, Wednesday, November 19.

"And it wasn't 2 months, you know. Not long ago, it was still in a matter of weeks," he continued.

Chris Sam Siwu added that his party also has evidence in the form of voice notes from children that Ruben Onsu did not reply to.

"Just ask RSO, the child is WA, the child sends a voice note, is it answered?" said Chris.
