Articles Of Premeditated Murder Have Been Added In The Case Of The Death Of A BUMN Bank Glass

The reconstruction held by Polda Metro Jaya is related to the kidnapping and murder of the Branch Head (Kacab) of a state-owned bank, Mohamad Ilham Pradipta, which clearly reveals a series of violence to the death of the victim, as well as strengthens the alleged criminal acts of premeditated murder and murder.

Head of Sub-Directorate for Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Abdul Rahim, said that in the early stages investigators only charged the perpetrators with Article 328 of the Criminal Code regarding kidnapping and Article 333 of the Criminal Code regarding deprivation of independence.

"It's true, at the beginning we applied Articles 328 and 333. Then based on the prosecutor's instructions, we added Article 338 and studied Article 340," said Abdul Rahim to the media at Polda Metro Jaya.

According to him, all the prosecutor's instructions are now being completed. He emphasized that the case file will be returned to the prosecutor in the near future.

"We are also completing the instructions. Maybe in the near future, we will return the file to the prosecutor," he said.

Meanwhile, Deputy Director of General Criminal Investigation (Wadireskrimum) Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Putu Kholis Aryana added, the reconstruction attended by the victim's family described the details of the process of persecution until the victim died.

He confirmed that the victim died after being transferred from the Avanza car to the Fortuner car used by the perpetrator group.

After being transferred, the victim was taken in circles and abused. Based on the post-mortem, the victim died of weakness due to pressure on the neck, "explained Abdul Rahim.

He ensured that acts of violence that caused death were carried out by the suspect MN, accompanied by YJP who helped secure the victim in the car.
