Central Jakarta Metro Police Still Chasing The Robbers Of The Madu Tribe Children Selling Honey

Central Jakarta Metro Police are still hunting for the perpetrator of the robbery of a Baduy subsidiary with the initials R (15) which occurred on Jalan Pramuka, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, Sunday, October 26, at 04.00 WIB. Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Susatyo Purnomo Condro said his party was still conducting an investigation.

"The perpetrator is still being chased, and the police are continuing to hunt down the perpetrators with maximum efforts. Police officers are working hard to investigate the case. Including examining witnesses and tracing various clues at the scene." said Kombes Susatyo when confirmed, Thursday, November 13.

The police chief emphasized that the Central Jakarta Metro Police together with the Cempaka Putih Police would try their best to uncover the incident. Meanwhile, the robbery case against the Baduy Dalam honey trader is still under intensive investigation.

The police continue to collect information and trace various clues to identify the perpetrators. Meanwhile, victim R is still experiencing psychological trauma.

"We are working with the relevant team so that the victim gets full assistance, both mentally and socially. We want to make sure the victim feels safe and fully accompanied," he said.

Until now, the police are still coordinating with the families of the victims so that the legal process runs transparently.

"We want justice to really be felt by the victim and his family," he said.

In previous reports, a child selling honey of the Baduy Tribe with the initials R (16) became a victim of a robbery while crossing Jalan Pramuka, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, last Sunday, October 26, 2025.

The incident occurred when the three native men from Lebak, Banten, passed at the scene at 04.15 WIB, carrying their typical Baduy forest honey, without wearing footwear.

However, while walking, the victim was intercepted by 4 perpetrators and then confiscated around Rp. 3 million in cash belonging to the victim and 10 bottles of honey and his cellphone.

The victim tried to defend his valuables and fought back. However, the four perpetrators who were equipped with sharp weapons finally slashed the victim.

The victim suffered a stab wound to the left arm due to a sharp weapon. The victim was taken to the nearest hospital for treatment.
