1 Angler Drowning In Totobo Sultra Found Dead, 1 More Still Missing
The joint SAR team managed to find the body of one angler who had reportedly drowned in the waters of Totobo, Pomalaa District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province (Sultra).
Head of SAR Kendari Amiruddin said the body found was named Andika, who had been missing due to drowning in Kolaka waters since Sunday 9 November.
"At 16.10 WITA, a joint SAR team was found," said Amiruddin when contacted in Kendari, Monday, as reported by Antara.
He said the victim was found by the SAR team about 2.5 nautical miles east of the original location where he drowned.
"Furthermore, the victim was immediately evacuated and taken to the Antam Pomalaa Hospital," he said.

Amiruddin revealed that after the discovery of the body, the joint SAR team was still searching for another victim who had not been found named Alfito.
Previously, Amiruddin said that his party received a report regarding the disappearance of two anglers named Alfito and Andika. The incident was first reported by residents, at 17.30 WITA.
"We received information that a ship accident had occurred, namely one boat carrying six people who fell due to being hit by a wave, of which four people from the boat managed to survive and two others were missing," said Amiruddin.
Based on the report, his party dispatched the Kolaka SAR Post Rescue Team to the scene to provide SAR assistance.
"With a distance of about 6.21 nautical miles from the Kolaka SAR Post," he said.
Amiruddin revealed that based on data obtained in the field, the people who were victims, namely M. Surahman, M. Sabrianto, Aswar, and Pian who managed to survive, while Alfito and Andika are still in the process of being searched.
