Nikita Mirzani Plans To Be Presented Directly At The Trial Of The Alleged Acts Against The Law Against Reza Gladys

JAKARTA - In addition to taking the appeal route for his criminal case, Nikita Mirzani is also undergoing a civil lawsuit against the unlawful act (PMH) that he sent against Reza Gladys.

The inaugural trial with a mediation agenda has been held, and the legal team plans to present Nikita Mirzani directly at the second mediation.

Marulitua Sianturi, Nikita's attorney, explained that her client's presence at the first mediation was hampered by licensing administrative matters from the High Court.

"Actually, today Nikita Mirzani can be presented, because we have submitted his name to the Chairman of the DKI Jakarta High Court," he said at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, November 4.

"But for what reason, what kind of collision with sufficient time is enough to confiscate in the administration of documents, so it is not possible today," he continued.

Therefore, they will seek Nikita's presence at the next mediation schedule, where the agenda is the submission of a peace proposal from the plaintiff.

"It is possible that we will present Nikita Mirzani at the second mediation on November 11, 2025 at 13:00 West Indonesia Time," he concluded.
